Exploring Google Reader as a news, blog, and podcast reader has been one of the most innovative experiences in my career. Throughout my career, I have used various productivity tools such as time tracking software, invoice management systems, project management systems, calendars, to-do lists, personal databases, communication systems, and more. However, among all these tools, Google Reader stands out as one of the most effective and productive tools I’ve had the pleasure of using.
Google Reader allows you to subscribe to almost any RSS feed, making it your one-stop source for all your favorite news sites, blogs, and consumable content that supports RSS. It helps me keep track of updates from multiple sources in one easy-to-manage and read location. The Google Reader app is also available for mobile devices, making it convenient to read on-the-go.
If you are an avid reader, Google Reader is a must-try. It is especially useful if you subscribe to more than one blog or reading source. With Google Reader, all your subscriptions are in one place, and you can access them easily through the mobile app. I personally use Google Reader to stay updated on self-help, development, hobbies like video games and comics, and more. The system also comes with several layers of social media support and other features.
