Overview
In life, everyone deserves a second chance. That is my belief. I have been doing a lot of studying and finally uncovered a technique that I used to do this. I call it the “1-time life rebuilding process”. It’s an opportunity to rebuild yourself entirely: your mind, heart, body, soul, and spirit, and achieve better health across all areas of life. In my philosophy, it can only happen once. Everyone in their life is allowed a “rebirth”. It goes beyond any specific religion, although religions have their own versions of rebirth/enlightenment. After much research, I feel that life offers 1 “Rewrite” rule. There are some requirements in order to be able to rewrite yourself completely:
- The ability to forgive yourself of the past when the rewrite/rebuild is done.
- The ability to atone for all your past issues with other people when the rewrite/rebuild is done.
- A strong willpower.
- An insanely good imagination. This is perhaps the most important aspect. If you do not have, and cannot tap into your imagination, you should stop reading now.
If you meet these requirements, then we are ready to start the process. Before we begin, let me go over a few details. This is for everyone, regardless of whether or not you have a religion. The process can work whether or not you have a religion or whichever religion you do have. If you do have a religion, then it can be added to the process. This is an optional part of the entire process.
A little disclaimer: This entire process was created by me. It had no opinions from doctors, psychologists, or anything else. If you don’t feel comfortable doing this, then don’t try it. Most of this is related to mind over matter mental reconditioning.
The Process
The entire process is about mind over matter. It delves into the deepest parts of your imagination, so without that, you’re wasting your time. Everyone has an imagination, but people who feel that they are too old for it, lock theirs away. That is when all hope is lost.
Another big thing is mind health. The mind controls the entire heart and body. Scientifically, if someone had the right mental security, it could overcome MOST physical health. Mental health controls Physical health on all levels. The mind controls all aspects of our being. If the mind is healthy, then generally the body is healthy. If the body gets unhealthy, generally the mind can make it healthy. I will go into more details about mind health, and overcoming physical sickness with mind health later on.
Step One
Get somewhere alone. Away from anyone and anything. Once you’re alone, it’s time to get started on the process.
Bring in the Construction Crew
First off, we need to recruit some construction crew and technical engineers. Mentally we are going to develop a team. You are currently playing the role of lead engineer. Mentally simulate getting together 3 teams: a mental team, heart team, and diagnoses team. Once these teams are created, it’s time to get started. You have the team together. Now we can get started on the work.
Shut Down Your Mind and Heart
Before construction on a building can begin, the power has to be removed. So, we are first going to cut off your mind and heart entirely. During this time, you are vulnerable, and you are running on autopilot. All your thoughts are internally on this construction crew and this process. They are about to begin work.
Reengineer Mind and Heart
Before the mental construction can begin, the engineering crew will first shut down the power to your mind and heart. At this stage, you will be asked to write down everything you have ever done to anyone that you are not happy with, everything that you regret and want to make up for. This list will help to make sure that your mind is entirely empty and free from any hatred or hurt towards anyone. After you have completed the list, it’s time to flush out your entire mind and heart. You will lose everything except for your memories. All of your emotions, thoughts, feelings, and opinions will be removed. Once that is done, the engineering crew will destroy your mind by removing all components of your mind and heart, except the mental core that holds your memories.
Next, the engineering crew will rebuild your mind and heart, one piece at a time, to give you a fresh start. You will have no baggage in your head except memories. It’s now time to prefill your mind with anything you want to have from the start, such as new perspectives or opinions. Anything related to old opinions or habits that you want to change, you can rebuild them later with an open mind.
Step Two
Rebuilding your Body and Soul
Now that your mind and heart have been rebuilt, it’s time to focus on the body and soul. These are two separate entities, and both need to be rebuilt in order to achieve complete health across all areas of life.
For the body, start by doing a complete physical evaluation. This includes a full medical checkup, as well as an evaluation of your diet and exercise habits. Take note of any health issues you have, and work with a healthcare professional to develop a plan to address them. You may also want to consider incorporating healthy lifestyle habits, such as regular exercise, into your daily routine.
For the soul, focus on your spiritual health. This can mean different things for different people, depending on your religious or philosophical beliefs. Consider incorporating practices such as prayer, meditation, or yoga into your daily routine. You may also want to work with a spiritual advisor or mentor to help guide you on your journey.
Step Three
Forgiving Yourself and Others
One of the most important steps in the rebuilding process is forgiveness. This means forgiving yourself for past mistakes and shortcomings, as well as forgiving others who have wronged you. This can be a difficult process, but it’s essential for achieving true peace and happiness.
Start by making a list of all the people you need to forgive, including yourself. This may be a long list, but it’s important to address all the people who have hurt you or who you have hurt in the past. Take the time to reflect on each person and the hurt they caused you, and then mentally forgive them.
For yourself, it’s important to let go of any guilt or shame you may be carrying from past mistakes. Recognize that you are only human, and that everyone makes mistakes. Focus on the present and the future, and make a commitment to be the best version of yourself moving forward.
Step Four
Creating a Life Plan
Now that you have rebuilt your mind, body, and soul, it’s time to create a plan for your new life. This means setting goals and creating a roadmap for achieving them. Start by setting short-term and long-term goals in different areas of your life, such as career, relationships, and personal growth.
Once you have your goals in place, create a plan for achieving them. This may include developing new skills, networking, or making lifestyle changes. Be sure to regularly evaluate your progress and adjust your plan as needed.
Conclusion
The “1 time life rebuilding process” is a powerful tool for achieving true health and happiness across all areas of life. It’s a chance to start fresh and create the life you want for yourself. While the process may be difficult, it’s well worth the effort in the end.
Remember to forgive yourself and others, focus on your mental and physical health, and create a plan for your future. With these steps in place, you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Good luck on your journey to a better life!
