Restart Your Dreams is something that can change your dreaming. Dreams can be mysterious and intriguing experiences. There are a few different types of dreams, and they can be classified in different ways. The first type of dream is the one that you don’t remember having. These dreams are small and happen without your conscious awareness. The second type of dream is the one that you can almost remember, but only bits and pieces of it. These are the annoying dreams that happen when you first wake up, and you can’t quite remember everything. The final type of dream is the one that you wake up almost entirely remembering, at least for a while until you forget.
In another classification, there are three ways in which you can wake up to dreams. The first is when you finish a dream but don’t remember it. These dreams are filed away in your subconscious and can affect you without you realizing it. The second is when you finish a dream, and you remember it entirely. These are the best types of dreams because you feel closure from the dream, similar to when you finish a book. The final type of dream is when you wake up in the middle of it and remember it. These dreams can leave you annoyed, wondering what would have happened, or wanting to get to a better stopping point.
Different people deal with dreams in different ways. Some ignore them and go about their day. However, dreams that are not finished can bother you subconsciously, even for years to come. If you don’t finish a dream, you might wonder about it years later, just as you might wonder about an unfinished book. Some people can go back to sleep immediately and finish the dream, while others cannot.
There is a solution to this issue. Anytime you wake up from a dream that you remember, check to see if you feel comfortable with its conclusion. If you do not, start rewriting or rebuilding the dream. Lay down, ignore everything around you, and use your imagination to re-enact the last part of the dream you remember. Within a few minutes, you will be able to visualize and feel the dream. Keep envisioning the same dream and role-play what was last happening. When the dream state takes over, it will finish the dream. This can be a way to kick start new dreams as well, but it is more effective when you are tired.
It is important to note that the dream state can take over quickly, but it can also transform into dreams that you cannot remember. If you want to remember most or all of your dreams and have lucid control over them, this will take time to master.
